Shipping policy

Processing time
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking once your order is on its way.

Shipping rates and delivery
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Orders ship via USPS for a flat $9 shipping fee — and shipping is FREE on orders of $100 or more. Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 2–8 business days depending on your location.

Order tracking
When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a USPS tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays
During busy periods or carrier delays, delivery may take a little longer than estimated. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of shipping, please contact us and we'll help track it down.

Damaged or lost shipments
If your order arrives damaged, or your tracking shows it as lost, please contact us at Hello@tinytactilesensory.com with your order number and photos of any damage, and we'll make it right.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery — see our Return & Refund Policy for details.
